EgyptAir, ha optato per il sistema di pianificazione dei voli Lido/Flight di Lufthansa Systems per i suoi Aerei.

Dopo la Cina, anche la Compagnia Aerea Egiziana e Lufthansa Systems hanno siglato un accordo di licenza appropriato per gli Airbus A321 di EgyptAir .

EgyptAir ha scelto il software Lido/Flight di Lufthansa Systems - Un software che calcola e programma il volo sulla base di una serie di fattori per ogni volo, sceglie il percorso ottimale in termini di tempi di volo, il tutto per ridurre consumo e costi di carburante.

Applicando il software Lido/Flight di Lufthansa Systems si risparmia combustibile fino al 5%.

La nostra strategia di ammodernamento prevede acquisizione di nuovi aeromobili e l'ammodernamento del nostro IT.
Per aumentare l'efficienza della nostra pianificazione del percorso, abbiamo bisogno di un software potente e collaudato, riteniamo che Lido/Flight di Lufthansa Systems per l'elevato grado di automazione e l'ottimizzazione globale presenta un elevato valore aggiunto per noi.

Il software Lido/Flight, un componente della piattaforma IOCC, copre tutti gli aspetti della pianificazione del volo.

Per il calcolo automatico del volo, per i percorsi di informazione come il tempo e le limitazioni aeronautiche come tutti i NOTAM correnti sono considerati.

TFR informa delle restrizioni su talune rotte aeree automaticamente nel calcolo, e suggerisce percorsi alternativi, per quanto giuridicamente possibile.

Questo può essere combinato con segmenti di rotta con la massima efficienza. Studi comparativi hanno dimostrato che il TFR può ridurre il consumo di carburante fino al 2%.

La Compagnia Aerea Egiziana sta già utilizzando la piattaforma Sirax Air Finance per la fatturazione e SchedConnect per la gestione dei codeshare.
