Dopo lunga battaglia contro un tumore morto questa mattina David Bowie - il Duca Bianco del Rock - a renderlo noto un post pubblicato sulla pagina facebook dell'artista nelle prime ore di oggi, 11 gennaio 2016.

- DOMENICA 10 gennaio 2016 – David Bowie morto in pace circondato dalla sua famiglia dopo una coraggiosa battaglia di 18 mesi contro il cancro.

////// Proprio pochi giorni fa era uscito il suo 28esimo album di inediti, titolato Blackstar: il lavoro, contenente 7 brani, arriva a 3 anni di distanza dall'ultimo disco del'artista, The Next Day - uscito dopo 10 anni di silenzio a marzo 2013.

Secondo molti esperti Blackstar giΰ uno dei dischi piω importanti del 2016.

Bowie – per questo suo nuovo lavoro – aveva scelto di esplorare nuovi territori musicali e sperimentare, come da par suo: Bowie ha voluto musicisti jazz per suonare il rock.

Avere ragazzi jazz che suonano rock vuol dire capovolgere tutto.
