Al 1° posto della graduatoria come miglior ristorante del mondo per il 2010, c'è il ristorante danese 'Noma' gestito dallo chef 32enne Rene' Redzepi a Copenaghen.

Al 2° posto il celebre ristorante catalano El Bulli dello chef Ferran Adria.
