Certamente essere adagiate entrambe su uno STRETTO, quello tra Scilla e Cariddi e
il BOSFORO, che segna in MEDIO ORIENTE il confine tra Europa e Asia.
Oppure il rischio sismico che echeggia nelle 2 città come un comune terribile presagio.

Ma sono altre le analogie e le commistioni che Maurizio "Nello" Mastroeni prova a suggerire in musica, edificando un PONTE SONORO tra Sicilia e Turchia con, "Snow in Istanbul", un disco che contiene 4 brani inediti di intensa forza evocativa.

Dopo il primo CD, testimonianza del suo amore per AFRICA, Nemas cambia la rotta del suo viaggio musicale.

Un lungo periodo passato ad Istanbul ha ispirato il suo nuovo lavoro a cui hanno partecipato ARTISTI TURCHI di grande valore: Alì Cem Cehreli (chitarra), Onur Nak (Kanun), Altug Oncu (oud), Binali Ilgun (baglama,cura), Seda Yilmaz (kemence) e due eccellenti cantanti : Beyza Durmaz e Murat Eryalcin
