Yesterday Wednesday, November 20, from the placement in Hong Kong Alibaba collects 10 billion
Alibaba Group Holding has priced the secondary placement of the former British colony in China at 176 Hong Kong dollars.
The offer is at a discount of 2.9% compared to the closing of the stock at Nyse and is also lower than the maximum of 188 dollars indicated above.
The proceeds from the sale of 500 million shares will still be at least 88 billion Hong Kong dollars (equal to over 10 billion euros) for the Chinese e-commerce giant.
