• 17 Dicembre 2010 - Attraverso una risoluzione approvata da Euro Parlament a Strasburgo, questa settimana, sono state di SCENA le galline ovaiole.

• A partire dal gennaio 2012 entra in vigore il divieto di allevare le galline da uova nelle tradizionali gabbie e il rischio che molte imprese non saranno in regola allarma gli Euro deputati che temono possibili carenze nell'offerta e aumenti dei prezzi delle UOVA considerato che quelle ottenute da allevamenti non conformi alla direttiva 1999/74/CE non potranno essere commercializzate.

TERMINE 10 YEARS
• Una questione - dichiara Giovanni La Via - che riguarda il benessere animale ma anche la difficoltà delle imprese ad adeguarsi ai nuovi sistemi di gabbie sebbene da oltre 10 anni sia noto il termine ultimo per farlo.

Non é pensabile ottenere proroghe, ma abbiamo supportato Paesi quali la Spagna e il Portogallo per l'attivazione di uno strumento che garantisca una transizione SOFT per le imprese che hanno iniziato a cambiare i sistemi di allevamento, ma non completeranno il processo prima della scadenza.

• Nessuna volontà di ledere il BENESSERE ANIMALE e di chiedere una proroga, ma solo alcuni capisaldi ribaditi con forza da 459 deputati contro 32 contrari e 17 astenuti.

• In primo luogo, per il principio di reciprocità, viene chiesto alla Commissione Europea di implementare un sistema di CONTROLLO che monitori la Qualità delle uova importate nell'UE e garantisca il totale rispetto delle norme e degli standard Europei.

• Successivamente, agli Stati membri viene sollecitata l'inclusione di misure nell'ambito dei Programmi di Sviluppo Rurale tali da sostenere il comparto delle GALLINE ovaiole in questa difficile fase.

- Mi auguro - dichiara Giovanni La Via - che un simile percorso sia di aiuto al comparto ma anche ai consumatori nell'ottica di una maggiore trasparenza e di una chiara tracciabilità delle UOVA che acquisteranno a partire dal 2012.

Anfang des Jahres gab es dem Landesamt zufolge nur 2,58 Millionen Legehennen in den großen Betrieben, bis September stieg dieser Wert wieder auf 3,11 Millionen Tiere und lag damit leicht über dem Jahresdurchschnitt 2009.
