Gulf States to Oppose Any Cut to OPEC
The market is closely watching the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC)'s next meeting, which will be held in Vienna on Nov 27.

The organization pumps a third of the world's crude. OPEC may cut its output target by no more than 500,000 barrels a day, according to a report of Bank of America.

The oil market is waiting to see whether OPEC will agree a cut in production at its meeting on 2014 Nov. 27 to stem the near 30% drop in oil . .

RUSSIA Fed has no plan to cut oil output - energy minister

Alexander Novak and Igor Sechin - chief executive of Russia's biggest oil producer Rosneft and an ally of President Vladimir Putin to Vienna Opec Meeting.
