Qatar Airways expansion to China 2012 - 2013 Qatar Airways confirms sixth destination in China

Chengdu with the airline takes the total Chinese sixth destination to its Network.

Qatar Airways flies from 19 March 2013 to Chengdu - the sixth overall gateway airline in the People's Republic of China.

Headquartered in the Qatar airline will fly three times a week from Doha, the capital of Sichuan province.

Qatar Airways increases so the number of its weekly flights between Qatar and China to 41

At the Chengdu route, an Airbus A330 with 24 business class and 236 economy class seats will be used. Besides Chengdu in China already in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Hong Kong are served.
