WHAT: One of the longest-running food fairs in the region, the 21st edition of the Hong Kong Food Expo attracts exhibitors from around the world. More than 600 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions took part in last year’s event.
WHEN: 12-16 August 2010
WHO: International food retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, brokers and sales agency representatives will be grouped into pavilions, allowing exhibitors to efficiently market their specialties in the Trade Hall.
Exhibitors showcasing their products at the Public Hall will get valuable consumer feedback. In addition, the Public Hall is now open to exhibitors from outside Hong Kong.
WHY: The event will be held alongside two other fairs, The Hong Kong International Tea Fair and the International Conference and Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine and Health Products.
Sessions by food experts and cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs offer opportunities for product launches and brand building.
