Giovanni Antonini Nuovo direttore artistico del Festival Cantans di Wroclaw.

La 48a Cantans Wroclaw Festival si svolge da venerdi 6 a domenica 15 settembre del 2013.

Giovanni Antonini - fondatore e direttore del famoso gruppo Il Giardino Armonico noto come grande interprete della musica antica.

Naturalmente al Cantans Wroclaw Festival 2013 il concerto del suo gruppo Giardino Armonico e il coro dell'Orchestra Filarmonica di Wroclaw.

al Cantans Wroclaw Festival 2013 si presentano le cantate di Bach e Handel.

THEMA del Festival 2013 - viaggio in Italia - Giovanni Antonini ricorda i compositori che hanno fatto gli studi o hanno visitato l’ITALIA - ad esempio Schultz, Mozart, Mendelsohn e Strawinski...

Wratislavia Cantans (Sept 2013)

The most famous of the Wroclaw Festivals, the Wratislavia Cantans comes to town in September of every year.

It was established in 1966 as a ‘festival of oratory and cantatas’ and since 1978 has enjoyed membership of the prestigious European Festival Association (the only festival in Poland to do so!).

Its high profile means that it attracts around 25,000 people every year to listen to performances of choirs, orchestras and soloists from around the world, hosted in Wroclaw’s most beautiful and historic buildings.

In total over fifty diverse cultural events took place in 2005 as part of the festival, and not just in the field of song but films, lectures and exhibitions also form part of the programme.
