• Ute was born in Munster, Germany in 1963

After graduation from the Dance Academy in Cologne and the Max Reinhardt Seminary Drama School in Vienna, she started performing in Stuttgart with roles in plays by Fassbinder and others.

• Rassegna di tanghi da tutto il mondo in spagnolo, portoghese, francese, tedesco e inglese, con un omaggio particolare che la Lemper dedica alla musica di Astor Piazzolla e alle sue piu' drammatiche e sensuali canzoni sull'amore, la vita, la morte, la fatalità e la passione a Buenos Aires.
Ma oltre che nella Capitale Argentina, queste pagine trascinano lo spettatore in un viaggio nei vicoli segreti di Berlino, di New York, di Parigi.
Insieme a Piazzolla, sono presenti anche Bertolt Brecht e Kurt Weill, Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Nino Rota, nonche' brani di tradizione yiddish, che compongono quindi uno straordinario, suggestivo mosaico musicale.
