CIECA, the International Commission for Driver Testing Authorities and Transport Malta will held his 43rd Congress on 26 and 27 May 2011 in Malta

on the following topic:
ACHIEVING OUR GOAL OF SAFER DRIVERS BY TRAINING AND TESTING
The title of the Congress will be achieving our goal of safer drivers by training and testing
and in this context focus on the foundations of driver training and education which are
necessary to improve road safety.

Information for CIECA members

On 25 May, the welcome reception will take place from 19.30 (CIECA members and accompanying partners).
On 26 May, from 9.00 to 17.30 the annual CIECA General Assembly and the Members Forum will take place. CIECA members and their partners are invited for the Gala dinner, starting at 20.30.
On 27 May, the congress, entitled "achieving our goal of safer drivers by training and testing" will be held. The congress programme can be downloaded here. After the congress, CIECA members and their partners are invited for the closing dinner, starting at 19.30. From 9.00 to 14.00 an extra programme for accompanying partners is organised (more information can be found here).
On 28 May, a full day excursion will take place from 9.00 till 16.00 (more information can be found here).
Fees

The fee for CIECA members is 140 EUR (incl. taxes). The fee includes the congress, all coffee breaks, the welcome reception on 25 May, the gala dinner on 26 May and the closing dinner on 27 May.

The fee for accompanying partners of CIECA members is 90 EUR. The fee includes the welcome reception on 25 May, the gala dinner on 26 May and the closing dinner on 27 May.
The fee for the full day excursion on 28 May is 50 EUR (incl taxes).
Accompanying partners wishing to participate in the accompanying persons programme on 27 May pay 65 EUR (incl. taxes).
