• National Tourism Day is not only a promotion day but also should be a Happy day for ordinary People

• iniziativa su proposta della China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) da quest’anno il 19 Maggio dichiarato CHINESE TOURISM DAY

La data scelta non è casuale perché il 19 Maggio ha iniziato il viaggio nella Dinastia Ming (1368-1644) il celebre scrittore esploratore cinese Xu Xiake.

• Xu ha viaggiato dal 1613 fino alla sua morte nel 1641 nella Cina della Dinastia Ming e ha descritto fatti, eventi, curiosità ed impressioni del suo viaggio in un diario.

• Ancora oggi, il libro di XU è una vera banca dati sulla Cina della Dinastia Ming e tra i documenti più importanti della Cultura e del Turismo di tutti i tempi.

• CNTA (China National Tourism Administration) organizza ogni anno il 19 Maggio varie cerimonie ed iniziative.

//////// Evento principale intern. 2011 si svolge nella città di Ningbo, provincia di Zhejiang.

• Xu Xiake lì iniziò il suo viaggio il 19 Maggio 1613 !

///////// Secondo il Vice Direttore Zhu Shanzhong di CNTA l’istituzione del "China Tourism Day" darà maggiori impulsi positivi allo sviluppo del Turismo.

• Oggi, il Turismo Cinese è in forte espansione con ritmi di crescita oltre il 20%, negli ultimi anni l'organizzazione turistica cinese oltre a migliorare Qualità e sicurezza, offre standard sempre migliori nell'offerta complessiva di Compagnie Aeree, hotel e servizi.

/////// Event 2011 to Wuxi is the birthplace of Xu Xiake, who first mentioned Ninghai in his maiden travel book, while Chairman Mao was born in Hunan province and Deng in Sichuan.

• //////////////// China's first National Tourism Day is being celebrated Thursday, with various activities organized and Popular Tourist sites offering free or half-price admission across China.

• The National Tourism Administration of China (CNTA) has cooperated with the Beijing Municipal Government to hold a celebration ceremony in ù
- The Temple of Heaven - this morning, including a speech about what the day means for the development of Tourism in China.

• Other activities, including travel book sales, tourist spot promotions, tourism consultations and folk art performances will also be held.

• According to BTA, about 82 activities will be carried out in different districts in Beijing, such as Flower festivals in Fragrance Hill, Jietai Temple and Miaofeng Mountain.

• Compared with the capital, other places offer more favorable policies for Tourists.

Shanghai Wild Animal Park, Shanghai Binjiang Forest Park and Happy Valley amusement park are now offering 50-percent-off entry fees (today only).

////////// All scenic spots in North China's Shanxi Province, such as Pingyao, will be at half-price today, and 84 spots in Hubei Province have promised to open for free, with landmark attractions such as Wudang Mountain at half price.
