• Air Malta ha annunciato la nomina di Ray Hart a capo riposizionamento finanziario della Compagnia Aerea.

• Hart lavorerเ sotto la direzione del Ceo Peter Davies e assume la carica di responsabile del processo di riorganizzazione e del ricambio manageriale di Air Malta.

• La ristrutturazione della Compagnia Maltese cominciata in parallelo alle pratiche avviate dalla Commissione Europea del settore Aereo e nelle prossime settimane Hart riceverเ ulteriori supporti sia interni che esterni.

• L'australiano Ray Hart che ha giเ lavorato con Peter Davies in passato, vanta una vasta esperienza nella realizzazione di piani di riorganizzazione aziendale.
• Dirigente Amministrativo, analista di conti finanziari, ha partecipato a numerosi progetti relativi a riorganizzazione amministrative di Compagnie Aeree.

• Air Malta announced the appointment Australian chief of Ray Hart as Chief Restructuring Officer of the airline • May 2011

He will be working under the direction of Chief Executive Officer, Peter Davies and will be responsible for the reorganisation process and spearheading change management with in Air Malta.

The restructuring process of the Maltese airline is commencing in parallel with discussions with the European Commission and in the coming weeks Mr Hart will be joined by further internal as well as external support.

• Australian born Ray Hart, who has worked with Peter Davies before, has vast experience in business restructuring and implementation.
A chartered accountant by profession he has previously been involved in several airline projects.

• Commenting on this appointment, Peter Davies, Air Malta’s Chief Executive said “Ray Hart brings with him the in-depth and hands-on knowledge of similar processes. His leadership qualities are well known.

I am sure that together with the senior management team that will be appointed in the coming weeks he will lead the process in a seamless transition.
