Holiday Extras Customers’ Awards 2009, easyJet, Europe’s leading low-fares airline, accepted the awards for "Best Airline for Value for Money" and "Best Airline Cabin Crew", beating all of the legacy airlines around the world. The awards are voted for by 18,000 members of the travelling public and some of the comments made during the voting process included: "Excellent customer service, aircraft clean and flights on time."
